YOU on Demand shares rise after news of signing deals with HiT entertainment, Sesame Workshop, and Nelvana to launch YOU kids on demand subscriptions in China.

You On Demand Holdings shares jumped 30% to end Monday’s trade at $6.65 after Chardan Capital Markets analyst Jay Srivatsa lifted his price target on the stock from $6 to $10.  YOD Shares jump to $6.85 tuesday pre-market.

The huge move comes after the company announced signing deal to launch a new subscription based platforms for children starting the second half this year. The pay-per-view and VOD platform in China already signed contracts with Nelvana Enterprises, Sesame Workshop and HiT Entertainment Ltd. for their content.  Here is more on the YOD deal
